I'll make more of an effort to update my blog, things have been busy and will be more for the next month while I move to the peninsula.

I attended the Crossing the Pond expo last weekend, it was super awesome. Kris Wilder, Rory Miller, Nicholas Yang, Marc "the animal" MacYoung, Al Peasland, and Ian Abernethey taught, it was a good time, I met a bunch of cool folks. I'll write a more detailed account of it this weekend, I just got back from a run and I need to eat and sleep.
