6/22

I did a light workout today on my pullup bar, rings-tuck rows, and dips, hanging leg raises, weighted pushups, handstand work, curls, a bunch of chi ishi, and some wrist roller. I'm going for a run later. I also did some assisted one arm chin ups and some weighted chin ups, I'm going to start working on achieving a one arm chin up when I get back next month. I also made another ab wheel today but I may return the wheels and get better ones because it doesn't roll smoothly like my other one.
