Today and Tuesday I did a light workout with the pullup bar, rings, chi ishi, parallelettes, dumbbell and wrist roller. I mostly did L pullups, ring dips, ring rows, tuck rows, pushups, neck bridges, chi ishi, and forearm work.
Instead of training on Wed. after work I went with some of my crew and met up with another crew that was working in the Mtns, for dinner, it was worth, although I really wanted to train. I'll be training this Saturday though, I found out last class it's an open dojo in the morning.
