I've been out of town the past four days because I had Wilderness First Responder training (which was awesome), the second half of the course, which I passed! Last Sunday I did a light workout, I did some sets of pull ups, elevated pushups, handstand pushups, chi ishi, wrist roller, hammer curls, neck bridges, neck curls, and some hanging leg raises. I also ran a once or twice during training, I'm going for a long run this Saturday with a friend of mine at the Arboretum in Seattle, I haven't been there yet, but it sounds cool.
I'm excited to get back to the dojo on Monday.
