5X12 hanging leg raises

5X5 DB rows
5X weighted pushups

4 set ring dips

5 set hammer curl
2 set reverse curl
5 set tricep dip

4 set chi ishi

forearm work:
5 set wrist roller
5 set wrist curls
4 set plate pinch
finish with hand grippers

neck work:

5 set neck bridges
5X set neck raises with 10lbs
