I went for a light run today, I'm a tad sore, from backpacking, yesterday we did like fifteen miles at a quick pace, the hot springs were awesome, I'll definitely be going back there.
I was going to workout more today but I decided I'll workout more tomorrow.
In the next week or two I'll probably run at a track and time myself in the mile and three mile.
