I had a pretty good workout today, my knee seems to be getting better, biking to work and back yesterday didn't seem to bother it.
3 sets dumbbell bench press
4 sets dumbbell rows
4 sets pull ups, 3 weighted
3 sets weighted triceps dip
2 sets neck lifts for each side
2 sets wall HSPU
2 sets sandbag clean and press
3 sets hammer curls
6 sets wrist roller
2 sets chi ishi
3-4 sets of hand gripper
3 sets handing leg raises, 1 set side planks, 1 set ab wheel
sanchin kata
some hojo undo
