3/13/10

Was feeling way too tired, went to bed very late past couple days, training was awesome, I learned a lot; I look forward to taking the rest of the Wilderness First Responder class in June.

2 sets db bench press
1 set weighted push up
3 set weighted pull ups
1 set bodyweight L pull ups
1 set db row
3 set tuck lever rows
4 set hammer curl
3 set weighted tricep dip
3 set weighted squats for rep
4 set HSPU
2 set each side of neck weighted
3 set wrist roller outer forearm, 1 set inner
3-5 set of hand gripper
2 set of chi ishi
3 set hanging leg raises
2 set ab roller-one I've my long term goals is to do a one arm stand ab wheel rollout, I've been reading about how to progress to that, an incline works well apparently. I'll start doing it one handed from kneeling, and with a weight vest, and also partial stand rollouts, I think the biggest weak link is perhaps my lower back, although it's a big upper body exercise too.
