2/3/10

I just a quick workout while I'm getting ready to catch my plane after work tomorrow. Did a few sets of pull ups, ring dips, tricep dips, hammer curls, push ups, chi ishi, leg raises, v ups, 2 sets of neck raises-front, back and side to side and 2 sets of neck bridges, and some kicks out of shiko dachi for leg conditioning.

After I get back into Washington I'm going to a seminar at the West Seattle Karate Academy (Kris Wilder's dojo, the author of The Way of Kata). It's taught by Rory Miller, author Meditations on Violence, someone that knows violence, I'm excited about it. I haven't read his book yet but I have read some of his blog.
