12/4

I just got back from a run, first real one in a while, I'll ease back into it and slowly add my miles and slowly increase my tempo, but do more cross training with cycling and such for now. I ran at a park near my girlfriends in West Seattle, a couple weeks ago I worked on kata there at night. After my run I did sanchin, gekisai dai ichi, and some kihon. Every day before work in the parking lot I've been doing kata also.
