
My weight vest has arrived! It's adjustable up to sixty pounds with four pound weights; I used it for the first time today. I'll be incorporating it a lot into my exercise and training.
Today I mostly did:
4 sets push ups with weight vest, 60lbs, 48lbs
4 sets pull ups 2 60lbs, 2 48lbs, 1 set L pull ups
4 sets ring rows, 2 60lbs, 2 48 lbs
4 sets ring dips
2 sets HSPU
4 sets chi ishi with vest
3 sets lat pull down
4 sets curls
3 sets Bruce Lee leg raises
1 set weighted sit ups
1 set ring L sit
1 set neck bridges
3 sets upright rows
2 sets lunges w vest
2 sets squats with vest
2 set shiko dachi mae geri with vest
2 sets wrist roller
2 sets chi ishi on leg
4-6 sets hand gripper
kihon blocks and strikes, sanchin.
I'll be making more hojo undo tools soon.
