Captains of Crush

I used an Amazon gift card to buy two more Captains of Crush hand grippers, they came in today, the No. 1.5 and No. 2. The 1.5 is about 165lbs and the .2 is about 200lbs. I'm able to close the 165lbs but not quite the 200lbs, my goal is to be able to close it by Jan!

I had a quick workout today at the apartment fitness room, and used my hand grippers and finished with some towel pull ups in my place.

I also ordered Michael Clarke's book on Hojo Undo at Borders with a gift card I found behind my shelf while cleaning before I left New Hampshire. I'm excited to read it. Need to get some sleep.
