Medicine Ball/8/27 training

I had a good aerobic workout at the gym today, I did intervals on the stationary bike, I was going to the dojo but my mom wanted to have dinner with me since I'm leaving soon so I stayed. I also did some core work, decline sit ups with 70lbs and hanging leg raises.

Earlier today I made a medicine ball, I cut a V shaped slot in an old basketball and filled it with sand and then wrapped it up with duct tape. It weighs about 29lbs. I've never used a medicine ball in training but I'm looking forward to it. I'll make another one when I get to WA. I'll probably end up putting some hockey grip tape or something on it, since it may get slippery when sweaty.

Also while spinning I was doing some kihon, I would do ten slow and then ten fast-while spinning, I liked that, I stopped though once some folks came in the room.
